Plot: In the last chapter of Mariachi/Desperado, the guitar hero El Mariachi makes a comeback. Barrillo, the head of a cartel hating on the president of Mexico, is the target of his pursuit. El Mariachi teams up with dubious CIA operative Sands to get retribution. He pursues Barrillo across rugged terrain to even the score. As El Mariachi struggles to end a coup and overthrow the cartel lord, the story is about justice and retribution.
