Plot: The Interstellar Immigration Bureau is an organization that deals with issues with aliens living on Earth. Edwards became a special police officer, nicknamed J, and worked with special police officer K. Rosper, the prince of Acheron, was killed by the Zerg on Earth, and the "Galaxy" he was carrying, the universe's best source of subatomic energy was also gone. If the Zerg discovered it, it would deal a crushing blow to the Acheron people; the Acheron people had issued an ultimatum that if the Earthlings did not hand over the "Galaxy" within an hour, they would destroy the planet. K and J had to step up to ensure the Earth's protection.
