Plot: Orange County, located in southern California, is an affluent town and a sunny tourist destination. Troubled teenager Ryan grows up in the ghetto and is caught by the police one day while his brother is teaching him how to steal cars. Public defense team attorney Sandy Cohen becomes his guardian.
