Plot: Ancient Egyptian artifacts are a source of fascination for Rick and Evelyn O'Connell. Alex, their eight-year-old son, is their child. They discover one of the Scorpion King's bracelets. He possessed a large army and was a nasty man. He struck a pact with the death deity, Anubis. Subsequently, though, he vanished. He is seen as unreal by some. But he is. Imhotep, the mummy, is after the bracelet. Using it, he hopes to subdue the troops of the Scorpion King. Alex is abducted, and he puts the bracelet on him.
